I had seen some advertisements regarding semi-permanent hair dye before, and I decided that I was going to try the L'Oréal Colorista one, specifically in the soft pink color. It looked very pretty and subtle to me. I was so excited to use it that I got it and stayed up way past my bedtime to try it out on the first night I had it!
One of the things I got for Christmas that is noteworthy is a DNA test. I've been wanting to figure out how truthful family stories of origin are, and the DNA tells a slightly different story than what I was expecting.
As the weather gets colder, I'm less likely to shave, and when that happens, my hair grows out, and when that happens, I'm more likely to wax!
I've been gone for a bit, and that's because the semester came to an end, the holidays happened, the semester started back up again, I got into a relationship, and I got sick. But now it's February, and I'm ready to be back! Here are the updates in a nutshell.
Last night, I wanted to try something different with my hair. So I decided to put coconut oil on my hair and leave it on overnight as a hair mask!
I felt like drinking something that was sweet, but wasn't super unhealthy, and then I remembered there were such things as ginger shots. I thought I'd combine what I have in the kitchen to make a full drink that replicated that, and I think it turned out pretty well!
I made a little video featuring 6 of my favorite sweaters that are kind of autumn-themed to wear in the fall!
Recently I wore one of my favorite shirts, and I'm excited to share it!
The title of this may seem weird, but the last time I wore this sweater, I was out at my town's annual Lentil Festival (also weird, but true!) and one of my little sisters commented that my sweater looked kind of festive because the stripes were a similar color to various types of lentils!
Now that it's getting colder, I think everyone is more the mood for baked treats, one of them for me being peanut butter cookies that I put chocolate chips in! I love peanut butter and chocolate together!
